My coaching journey began with a passion for journaling, a tool that has been pivotal in my personal and professional growth. My Story
I founded TWR Café to create a space where the pen-to-paper relationship is nurtured and celebrated. TWR stands for "The Watch Room," symbolizing a place of reflection and insight. Over the years, I have developed a unique coaching approach that integrates journaling into the process, enabling my clients to discover their true potential and purpose.

With over 20 years of coaching and leadership experience, working in vast sectors: private, corporate, government, and non-profit organizations, helping individuals and groups to "FIND THEIR SHINE" through writing and power planning.
